Narayan Murthy the Founder Of Infosys Technologies
said "Leadership is all about courage to dream big".When Narayan Murthy
and Sudha Murthy got married it was a day of celebration for the two
families.And when Infosys was started Mr.Murthy made it clear to Sudha
Murthy -"only any one among us would take the responsibilty of Infosys
technologies and The other would concentrate on the Children,Thus sudha
murthy stepped aside to make Murthy's Dream come to light.
History suggests that daughters are not considered "worth" as much as sons,But today we see lot of women entrepreneurs in india.Ten most powerfull Indian Women are Indira Nooyi,Naina Lal Kidwai,Kiran Mazumdar Shaw,Indu Jain,Simone Tata,Priya Paul,Ekta Kapoor,Sulajja Firodia Motwani,Mallika Srinivasan and Neelam Dhawan.
Women are not less compared to men in growth as an individual or as a family.We see women in various avatars as Mother,Sister,Friend. Women strength and the value they bring to the society is in-comparable.
